  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Squash

  1. Brush the cut sides of the acorn squash halves with olive oil.
    • Ensure even coating for best roasting results.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast the Squash

  1. Place the squash halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and caramelized.
